Currently I'm breaking one of my GLT's.
From this car a complete aircon is available,
including the original switch on the dash.
Its make is Deltamill and it runs on R134a.
The system has been bleeded already.
Price: 200 Euro.

That'd be nice! But it will probably only a quick visit on Saturday, I have the whole family in tow, and the A/C still needs to be removed ... I'd need to come a second time next week with tools etc ...
It'd be good to put a face to a name!

Compressors are universal, and the easiest part to find. Much more difficult to source are LHD evaporators for the heater box - no Aussie import for us European 300 owners ...

i thought that was the same part as lhd but mounted the other way around...

I have never seen either, so I can't be sure, but the part numbers are certainly different. I could imagine that the LHD evaporator is a "mirror image" of the RHD one, just like the heater box ...
