AFAIK there was some kind of clearing problem with the 360 PAS rack on 1.7's? Chris tried it out IIRC ...

However, the only differences I'm aware of between the 2 racks (they are both side by side in the garage at my parents... but that doesn't mean I've remembered right!) is the hard pipes run across the rack on the 360PAS, which would in my mind hit the 1.7 sump. It could also be a bit wider, but I'm not going to make an assumption without calipers. That rack doesn't have the hard pipes... infact, I'm struggling to see any fluid connections at all atm?

I'd be pushing hard questions wise to make sure that wasn't a miss listing before I bid.

I can't remember the bolt pattern differences now, so definitely worth a check before buying, but if these are B200 ones rather than B19

that's not a PAS rack!!!!!!!

it has the steering damper attached to it, on PAS rack this damper is abandoned and has a solid link with a shaft and 2 crossjoints

That PAS rack isnt even a PAS rack and no they dont clear 1.7 sumps...
