Ah, i now see that i don't have all the mounting material. I only have the middle thing. Not the little fixings on the sides an bottom. Ah well, i'll find out how to fit it anyway i guess.

Hmm not too sure on the saloon one! I only really think they suit the Mk1's imo

It's one of those accessories that we all think are great, yet your neighbours will think you've gone totally mad :-) I love 'em, but I don't know if I would fit one to my MkIII daily. Unless maybe it had a complete body kit.

If the fittings aren't there, maybe I'll send it off to MCHUDD. The vandalism of his louvre really worked me up and I'm sure he still has the fittings.

well the mk1/2's are the most common model
saloon is rarerarerare
and mk3 hatch is rarerare, the louvre on the RZ-39-YF above is the same one as on the RG-82-NH; i bought it from the guy who owned the 340DL and put it onto the 360 myself to see how it would look with bodykit and the glt rear spoiler  so far i know only 2 mk3 hatch louvres in holland

Geez... Last night, while taking a taxi customer home, on a parking lot I saw a mk3 saloon (360GLi) with... a rear window louvre 8) I had to go back to that parking lot and check the registration. It was from 1986, tested up to August 2010, tax OK... so it must still be in active use, especially since it wasn't buried under half a metre of snow.

Hmm. Now that I know where it's parked, maybe I should act like a vulture and make an offer to buy the louvre? Although all my cars are hatch.

And now that thing is for sale.

Translation of the first question: "Would you sell the louvre separately?" - the answer, of course, is "no".

But geez, 1400 euros for the car. Although it's been lowered, it has leather seats, and apparently a lot of maintenance work has been done, still a bit steep... or is it? Maybe it's more in line with general Finnish used car sales, where everything that has passed MOT testing is worth at least 500 euros, unless it's French.
