Hi I´m new here

Post by Kamui » 10 Mar 2005 09:44 pm

but I´m an old Volvo 300 driver.

When I was 13 years I has my first driving lesson with my mother in her Volvo 340 DL Diesel.

So, the years went by, the Renault Diesel engine broke down because my mother don´t like to change or refill the oil, so.... but it was a nice car!

when I was 18 (with 18 years you get the Driving licens) my neighbour sold her old Volvo 360 GLT.

First I only want to drive it until the TÜV (you have to go every 2 jears to te Tüv, they check your car, if everythig´s all ride, if the brakes are working, and so on) was over. The car had only has 4 month TÜV.

but when the Tüv was over I looked at thr prices of other cars, and so I invested 300 € (Euro) in let my car repair.

that is 1 Year and 6 Month past.

And now the same start´s again.

I want to Buy me annother car, but when I look at the costs, i´m playing with the tought to reoair my car again.

cause my Exhaust is broken, my (I don´t know how its name is in English) Stabihebel are broken.
that´s everything!

But I´ll see!

By the way: I´m 20 Jears old now and from Germany I´m living in a town called Osnabrück.

You just gotta repair and keep that car!
It can go on for ages with some maintainance and TLC!
There ar not much cars which offer the same performance, comfort and reliability for a price as low as a 360!

Ich kan auch spreche Deutsch aber ich komme aus Finnland. Or something.. :D Sorry for grammar mistakes. Still I think I'll stick with my best foreign language English. I don't have so good vocabulary in German but I understand it decently. :P Welcome to the forum!
