So... Valver or redblock?

Post by pyro » 05 May 2010 08:59 pm

Just wondering folks as i may be parting with the love of my life soon to make way for a practical tree surgeon vehicle!
Though once the 360 has gone i will be undoubtebly getting another project vehicle, just wondering what i should go for! 340 valver, or 360 b230et or what ever....

Opinions ideas welcome!

Why would you sell car to buy another exactly the same car... Save up for another month and wait for the tree surgeon vehicle! Your 360 is nice enough not to want to sell bud

A redblock is a decent engine with easy and cheap big powers possible. Bigger power than the renault engine can take. This was my choice. The renault engine is a bit leighter and revvieer.

Unfortunatly i need to sell the 360 to get the landy sorted, and get the licences/insurance i need to get going. If i could afford to store it and get the landy sorted it would be a no brainer.

Im a fan of redblocks tbh, as its pure volvo and not cheese eating surrender monkey tat.

I would quite like a 360glt, 3 door, 230et, that i can take my time over and get perfect. the 360 at the moment needs to be going everyday so i cant take my time over fixes.

ill just have to see what gives.

still curious to the mass concensus though...

What is wrong with redblock valver? There were 16-valve heads at top of redblock too so one would get best from both worlds...

There's no need for a coalition here - the people have spoken, and Redblock pwns F7. Which we knew anyway ;)

cheers
