i know this is the wrong area but im getting desperate now (no vnd, just no)
anyone got an engine crane i could borrow/rent whatever this week local to selby?

I have one but I'm in kent hss rent but they rip u off go machine mart buy 1 they not to bad in price.

buy one for 3 days, then sell it on ebay. only way ill be able to afford one, summat like 160 inc vat from machine mart

three of those big struts you use to hold cielings up when you knock a wall down and a block and tackle?
pike pyramid/a frame engine lifter.

Helped swap a manta engine in a cav when I was little using that method.
Lots of carefull car pushing, but it works.

an aframe would be good, ive the winch on the landy i could use. no aframe though
carport roof wont take teh weight of the engine either. so no block and tackle
