I was bad today

Post by jtbo » 06 Jun 2005 05:49 pm

Someone drove wrong way in parking lot road, there was space for one car to go and I was going to way arrow marked. Now this driver that was driving wrong way was not going to reverse he just pointed that I should reverse.

Don't know if it was headache that I had have all day or what, but I blipped throttle so that rpm's were 4000 and then I lifted clutch pedal and while holding brakes I floored gas, quite soon he was reversing and there was some smoke in air....

I should not do that, shame on me.... but it was kind a fun :)

Good work indeed! What a cheek to think you should reverse when they were in the wrong! Just the noise would have probably made them think twice, but some smoke as well! 340pw Pete

Haha, nice one!

I got caught up in a bit of road rage today. I was driving down the busy, main road at the bottom of my street and indicated to turn into my road. Despite this, a miserable old git began to cross the road and walked in front of my car. He then raised his finger and told me to wait. So there I am, stuck in the middle of a very busy road at rush hour, for the sake of an old man who seemingly doesn't know shit about the highway code. I blasted my horn at him and it scared the shit out of both him and his dog. He shouted something at me but I just drove around him.

I could see him watching my car so I know he knew I intended to turn. Silly old git.

Road rage is bad thing, I feel failed as driver if I found myself getting anger on road, that is just so foolish. But then again, it is so much fun

I was out in the family bus the other day sm48 when some ruffian chav fella in a fiesta XR2i cut me up , I remonstrated sm32 sm64 with him in a chastising sort of way and he turned off  sm15 , I then realized ( whilst checking my mirror before manouvering as per the Highway code sm19 ) that this young upstart was following me sm14 , funnily enough when I stopped and got out of the van to have a little discussion on driving ability and courteous behaiviour on the Queens highway sm28 ,he decided he wanted no part of the sound thrashing I was about to deliver sm45 sm47 and sped off sm48 , I dont know why sm63 , My being 6 ft 5 tall and 17 1/2 stone on consideate scales ( dont start you lot LOL) might be a clue and the reason I have never been a victim of road rage sm23 , In other words sm51 do unto others before they do it to you sm51 LOL

ive had a roadrage incident in the 360, just got a bit carried away, i was laughing the whole time,s till it wasnt good.

some commodore ute has been pissed off ant me and cut accross me to turn right from the left lane when they were only 1/4 car length infront, forcing me to brake, but still just grazing their rear bumper..

anyway,

As far as im concerned in the majority of cases pedestrians have right of way. They are not the ones endangering lives and poisoning the atmosphere.

A girl from my office got hit by 2 cars crossing the road outside work last week, needless to say she is having a difficult time in hospital.

I'm starting to think that here is pedestrian hunting season.

Last week police van vas parked right front of pedestrian pathway (paintings at road), then cars were just driving there 20-40pkh, no any actions from police, even that kind of driving is against the law.

Many other times I have noticed similar, those paintings however are not there adding colour to road.

Then on highway these same drivers slow down when car comes from other direction, or when there is corner, when there is no reason to slow down. Also in town these drivers seem to find way to accelerate more slowly that my car accelerates when I lift clutch.

Problem is that speed is wrong in several wrong places.

Don't know if it is same in other countries too.
