Hello everyone! I'm Back!
Well, I was new when I left so you won't remember me
About two years ago I entered this great forum seeking help to restore an 85' 360gls, but I had no time or resources to do it, so I had to quit the project before I could even grab my tools. I was really bummed because I really like this car.-
About a week ago I casually went to the car is (and has been for over a decade) and it's just how I left it. Luckily, I was with a friend of mine who worked in a workshop, so he pulled a battery out of nowhere and plugged it right in.
Man, was I excited to se the lights on (and the dashboard telling me to put on my seatbelt).
Two years ago I was afraid that the engine could've been locked, if that was the case, I knew I wouldn't be able to restore it. Since we don't have the keys, he plugged the starter motor right to the battery and the thing cranked like it was 1985 once again. AFTER A DECADE!
Now I'm so excited, I don't care if takes me a million years to make the thing look like your well preserved European 300s.
But since I don't have any income right now, it might take infinity to even take the thing home.
For now I just need to find the distributor cap for a B19 engine, do you know what other cars use the same cap? Cause we all know scarce 300s are.
Thank you for your attention dear V3M community, Ventus.

I'm from Chile!
I know there are more people from Chile around.
It's interesting that they found this forum though, being a country with 18 Million people, where Volvos are not very popular, where 300's were rare even in the 80's, left alone being a enthusiast of that particular model and in a country English level isn't very good either, its only odd to find more than 3 people like this in the whole territory
