OK my theory:
white car (see first pic) hits telephone pole.
pole falls on road, with the top just below knee level.
volvo hits pole head-on, so that the pole gets stuck somewhere below the bumper
the speed was probably just right to raise the car without flipping it over.
still, truly amazing.....

Yep, i agree, something like that must have happened.
But still, pretty weird!! Notice the 850 is not damaged very bad. It probably didn;t happen at high speed.

Why are the power lines appearing in some pics and in some they are not present. And how are those people inside a car so calm. He even has a cup in his cupholder..

And why there are skid marks on the road in one pic and others don't have. Don't know but I would like to see some reliable source material about this..

Yeah, i saw the skidmark too. But it's possible that it came from the white car they dragged away, according in order of appearance on the last pic

...
