Any of you sound and light engineers planning to visit Plasa next week? I'll be there from sunday until wednesday. Anyone fancy a small meet?

Sadly my employer won't have a stand there....we used to, every year until 2002. Next year I believe we will be back. A team of my colleagues will be going down there, but I've got to stay and man the office, I think. I'll know more next week, and keep you posted.

cheers

Probably too much exhaust fumes...;)

We had a great time there. We staid at a youth hostel called 'The generator'. Great cheap place, inside it looked like some kind of industrial club. Cheap beer, nice people, good time sm4

The exhibition was fun. saw a lot of nice and useful products, had a lot of interesting conversations.

Funny thing: on my way to the ferry in Hoek van Holland, a 1h45min drive I was doing 150-160 km/h (gps speed, 3AM) I saw a car driving 1km in front of me. Me thinks "how long will it take me to take over that car?". After driving the same speed for the next 40 minutes, I was finally able to take over at over 170 km/h. I was more than amazed as I found out that the driver of that Corsa was an at least 65 year old woman!

I didn't make it in the end, but several of my colleagues did.

I've heard of the Generator before. Cool place, from what I've heard.

cheers
