Bloody pain in the arse ice froze my car up today, and I noticed I had a slow puncture in the nearside rear tyre as well. Eager to get her to the tyre centre I had to reach the drivers seat by opening the boot (which wasnt frozen thank God) and clambering through the car. Then it took about 15 minutes for her to start for some reason.
Anyone else hate ice?

I had to clamber through the boot the other day as well. I drove into town to get some euros before heading off on holiday and when i returned to the car I could'nt get in . The key made the button go up and down but the door handle would'nt work. I could'nt get in through the passenger door as I had replaced the original nonworking door handle on that side a few months earlier in order to get through the MOT so the key does'nt operate the lock. I suppose I should have got the garage to swop over the lock barrel . 
Anyway I paid £10 for the 'new' drivers door handle from the breakers and the garage charged me £30 to fit it. I did try it myself but it was too fiddly.
