Aye up all.
has any V3M member ever put knock on wire wheels on their car?
A lad up the road is selling a set of 14inchers which look absolutley beautiful.
And ive seen 4x100 'wire wheel adaptors' on a few websites but dont really know if that is all you need?
will the adaptors push the wheel out further?
Dont really want to shell out for wheels and adaptors to find that theyre useless.
Bit of a novice really, so looking for a bit of advice.
Will they poke out too far? fit at all? impossible? anyone had any sucess?

If you aren't gonna get them I'd be interested. They'll only look good if you slam the ride height too.
Use the formula:
Your Car + {(Suspension - Height) + (Wheels + [3xWidth])} = THE WIN

Yeah John, planned to drop it a bit anyway in good time.
Once sorted money out for blocks and whatnot. And now wheels. Which'll need some tyres.
Oh dear. think I feel an expensive project coming on.
Still, look on the brightside eh? at least its not the run up to christmas or anything.............

Wire wheels might work on a Mk1 - but would certainly look dodge on a Mk3 IMHO
