Yes!
Looks class i recon. Beats a sierra hands down.
The engine and running gear standard? Or has it had the full drift treatment?

Ooh a female? Pics plz

Car's looking cool man, love the NATO dip. Ideal for the job :)

As for the speedo I believe it's fairly common and they're hard to get now. There's a company that knock up replacements but you have to send your own as the template. Or bodge it. That's always a good plan :)

I spilled coffee on it mate. The only bit that's still clear is the part about not loitering in front of the school gates.

I have spare speedo cables if you find you need one, and I have a facebook thingy. I should warn you though, I'm only after one thing...

Some cash in exchange for spare parts.

Oh, and i found my 300s easier to skid than the 1.8CVH sierra I borrowed recently. I think it was down to the extra steering angle on the volvo, you can see this if you compare turning circles.

the sierra i had was a 1.6 which was burning oil like crazy, only way i could get it to drift was in the damp and it was had to keep a drift going because it had so little power, it burned oil like crazy and we think it was running around 60bhp so we really struggled. Hoping the extra power in the volvo will help.

iv just got off the phone to my boyfriend (the car is sorn and on his drive atm until i get the v5 back and insurance documents so i can tax it) he has checked the cable on the speedo and its fine so looks like it is the wheel end :( bummer.

however, because he had the after noon of work he went parts hunting down the local scrappy and managed to get a subframe. The seats on a unmoveable one atm and the girl that had it before me was slightly taller so i cant quite get the right position to drift it comfortably so its going on a slider. That will be done tomorrow.

He also got a set of indicator stalks because the olds ones felt bust however when he went to fit them the were just loose so now there all tightened up and the ground is on properly so the main beam works :D

It also had a set of new sparks and a new air filter.....the belts are looking a bit rough so im going to buy a set of those next week along with a new clutch (this on is dead) and these will be fitted next week when we remove the engine....

oapem, im only 20 atm so my list of cars isn't that great lol

i currently have the 1.6 sierra, a 1.7 mk4 fiesta (first car and started as a 1.25) and this volvo

my boyfriend has had a mk5 zetec s, escort gti, escort xr3i and now has a brand new fiesta zetec s diesel.....because we both work for ford we get parts cheap so it makes sense to own fords :) never had a chance to drive anything thats not a ford :(

Nice one shifty_babe. I know all about the Puma -mk4/5 Fez conversions. Done a few myself and helped repair a Cat C FRP.
They go well don't they! Well the one in my mates mk5 with the FRP LSD box sure did lol

I had an 1800 Saph (standard) and could barely get it to hang out even when wet! The extra power of the 360 certainly helps and as John says the extra steering angle does for definite too!
