Having a crap day

Post by MCHUDD » 03 Mar 2009 02:41 pm

Hi everyone.
I am having a realy crap day. The oil delivery has not turned up[house is bloody freezing],the plummer has not turned up to replace a radiater in my living room[bloody freezing] and the postman hasn't tuned up with the ambient temp gauge i bought on ebay last sunday.I didn't even get any f*****g junk mail.
I think i will go and murder a bottle of scotch.
Cheers Mark.

Dude, thats more than enough excuse to recycle a bottle.
Sounds like you need a tummy warmer.

Just dont hit the postie with the bottle if he turns op with your gauge dude.

Hey, I once bought an ambient temp gauge on Ebay. Or was it a vaccuum gauge? I don't remember. Anyhow, the postie lobbed it over the gate, and the needle broke off. Felt like wacking him over the head with a whisky bottle too ...

Violence won't solve anything, but feels damn satisfying

It sucks that such important deliveries are not reaching on time, it could lead water to froze in pipes and radiators, causing big disaster, so one would believe that such deliveries are taken care of with great priority.

Hi all.
I did indeed have a good day on the 6th.I got a replacement nose cone for my mk1 345 and a replacement air flow meter for my 360GLT.I was like a 10 year old kid on christmas morning. These parts were obtained from the great foggyjames,[top bloke].
Their is always a light at the end off a crap tunnell.
Cheers Mark.

Hehe...well it took me a while, but I got there in the end :)

Did the airflow meter work? If so, did it fix the problem?

I better track down a rear spoiler for you ready for the next glum day :)

cheers
