the body is twisted, rear door wouldn't open despite there being no damage to it, a few of the mounts for the suspension have been torn of the chassis, with the damage being done to the chassis, not the mounts. the panel damage alone would cost close to the value of the car to fix, before even begining on the mechanical side of things.
Spoke to the fuckwit today on the phone, he's unlicensed and unemployed, no cash to pay, the car was being loaned to his mom, a pensioner who can't afford to pay and didn't let the fuckwit take the car, by a bloke that was in the process of buying the car

I have given the guy 1 week to rustle up some cash before i begin the legal procedings. explaining to him that if do start legal proceedings it will just cost him more in the end and he will have the insurance company chasing him up.
