Semi (ish) 'update'

I am one step closer to getting my hands on the 2 quid wheels I won on eBay  A mate collected them yesterday for me, and he's back up here in three weeks. The fronts are as expected. 13x7 Wellers in Mini PCD and the rears are different I guess is a word you could use. They appear to be banded mk1/2 Escort or Transit? steels lol. As the eBay listing was by a retard I thought i'll take my chances and hopefully have a matching set seeing as they came from the same car - turns out the Mini that they came from had a Ford rear axle

If the surface of the wheel was smooth I would redrill the PCD but it doesn't seem to be an option, shame. they could have looked cool? They will sell on eBay etc with scene tax to the kids I guess. So now on the lookout for 2 more Wellers, preferably 8J and deeper.

When I do get sorted i want to see if I can fit the beauty rims to them somehow (weld?) - this may look verrrry ghey  and paint them black

Here's a couple of crap pics:

gloss back and chrome would look the balls imo dude.
If you could stick them on like.

Wouldnt want them pinging off on a hard right and hitting some innocent child in the face.

Holy moly! Looks like those ford bandeds would've been too wide anyway. Get them measured and up for sale on RR, they look like about 10" wide!

More parts for the pile. 32 quid lighter through ebay sees me now the 'proud' owner of a no make (RMD design) 3 spoke 3" dished steering wheel, it's 50 quid new from RallyDesign so maybe worth what I paid. If I don't like it/can't get a boss to fit etc. Then I can probably sell it on for what I paid. Comes with a mk1/2 Fiesta boss too but will probably give that to my mate.
Pockets aren't deep enough for a proper OMP job ATM, but If I bin the centre it will be OK I guess.

Just bagged some brand new 2" alu lowering blocks on the bay for 11.50 posted. Says they come with fixings, but seeing as the guy has an Anglia they'll be no good lol. I have plenty of high tensile bolts kicking around so all is well.

Haha I'm cautious with modding monies now mate! I sunk about 50 quid shy of 2 grand on an interior retrim I've never even sat in on my other car so penny pinching all the way here - although you'll be pleased to hear she's been seeing the jet wash about 3/4 times a week at present - especially underside :D

I'll pay the postage like mate but I have a feeling that with them being on a 10 dayer that your man won't let them go for the start price! Plus I would have preferred 8J for the back too lol. We shall see, I lie in wait 340pw

Is that really your email addy? Winner. lol @ doubled I don't have a job ATM squire

Nowt to show mate! It's all in pieces lol. I was daft like, 800 notes on head lights too FFS. Interiors nice though, Scooby buckets and Primera rears retrimmed in black nappa leather and grey alcan, black alcan A/B/C pillars/headliner etc  It's a 1998 Nissan Primera I've owned for just over 8 years.
She should be good when done, flush bay, wire tuck, Skyline 4 pots, coilovers, TB'd brand new motor, adjustable rear beam underseal all removed and painted body coloured underneath/inner arches etc. Lord knows when that will be though! All my one off ideas/style are old hat now. Plus I don't really care for the car much anymore!

I was bad with it. I even bought a full JDM car just for it's folding mirrors lol

Here's a few pics - I barely have any! It got a shit respray so I haven't built it back up, if anything I've stripped it further lol.

Nearly there now, just need to finish smoothing my bay (not in pics) find a way to hide a Mondeo mk3 wiper motor/linkage and get it painted - again! Back end is changing again too.
