Hmmm, 959223 is a Volvo Penta part. Some parts for the M45/M47 gearbox (screws, gaskets) are also Volvo Penta parts - and are, funnily enough, still available!
Ouch, CVT belts from Volvo are quite an investment ...

Yeah now I looked it up, the 959223 Penta part is a M8x30 bolt. Hex socket head, black passivated 8.8 bolt. Maybe the sales clerk felt a bit lazy? Well I don't know, just guessing.
