Another new car for John

Mg's on my current list of things to try after taking a midget out a few months ago and loving it. Been told the 1.8 MG has exactly the same feel about it, but the steering wheel isn't in your teeth like a midget! Got a go in a GT V8 lined up, but need to find a 1.8 too I'm intruiged how much the V8 shifts the weight distro.

Until hearing this, I've always hated the flipping things (well, more the owners), they smack to me of a classic car for people who don't know what classic car they want, and then trailer it county shows every weekend. I really hope I'm wrong, I'd love for them to drive as well as they look. Don't lower it though, classic old British style handling would be a huge shame to loose!!!

Well this one's going to be getting used properly, no sunday trundles. I will go to local shows, but I will also arrive sideways wearing a poncho.

Getting the handbrake out would probably be enough to see off most. Half of them were missing the gates on the tests, only a few were really goin for it.

It's about time mate, I've had a real bad run of car luck so it's nice that it seems to be looking up a touch.
