Im convinced I didn't put diesel in my petrol 1.4 (Advise?)

Thankfully she's now running Ok and is on her third full tank of petrol. I think I was lucky although Im still worried I may have damaged the carb in some way- although she is running Ok...
1988 340 1.4 DL

(I suffer with O.C.D. which makes me obsessed with fine detail)

(Diagrams or photos are far more helpful to me when it comes to cars)
