Update!
Got the wheels on and they run fine.
No rubbing that I could feel and I made sure I did a full lock 3 point turn.
Wheels:
Also put a few finishing touches on.
In the form of black and yellow stickers to compliment the Prancing moose stickers, and the black and yellow wheel.
My SPAX rip off Spaka sticker and some 'Race Novice Identification Warnings'
Not to everyones taste, my i love em..............................

Good idea, think i may follow your advice until i get some more spare cash, next plan for me is to silicone hose the s**t outta the engine bay as my current hoses are on the brink of deadness lol.

do you recon it looks higher?
they are high profile like, but at 51 quid for 4, i'll live with it.

should really have been 175/55/15 to maintain the rolling radius, so your speedo will be out.....do you have a GPS/sat nav that you can use to test how far out the speedo is now? If necessary borrow one because given the amount of camera numpties out and about persecuting the innocent motorist nowadays it pays to be careful.

I do have one now, yes.
was high on the list of must haves now i intend high usage.
and to be honest, i hadnt really considered the change throwing the speedo out.
even though ive been told about ten times.
out on the A1 tommorrow if the weathers good, so i'll compare the two and see how far out its strayed.

No need Amigo,they're so close tyre size as to not matter.
13" should be approx 23" tall.
15" should be approx 25" tall.
Ergo 1" jack off kit applies.
Maybees they just look bigger in the arches or maybees I'm gettin' old and I'm a doddery ol' fool.
Does peeing the bed qualify for the latter?

They'll push your speedo closer to correct, rather than further out. With 195/50 R15s my speedo was showing 101 at 100 GPS mph, not bad. But I'd still check it against the satnav just to be sure.

checked the speedo against the sat nav today, and its bang on.
result.
