*Awaiting pics. They proably are identical though, at least I hope so!

Aye, no BS. 3rd gear. I has all the torques though, plus I'm running 45 psi in the rears and they're a tad past their shelf life!
Not going that mad TBH, joined from TVTE in slow traffic then out into 3rd lane, I never change up above 6K rpm. It's just going mad ATM lol. A bit scary too on long sweeping bends, I clench the steering wheel almost as tight as my arse cheeks and just pootle round!
I find you can make it step out and hold it out at pretty high speeds (when safe to do so) as long as you let it straighten up gently and don't jerk the controls. Or I'll be signing my boxers with a brown pen and the VOSA wombles will have the road closed to pick up bits of mangled beauty rim lol.

On the subject of spinnin up in 3rd, if it's wet with bad tyres 4th gear is entrirely possible too. This isn't always ideal lol.

One big dish, one shallow.
And theyve also started rusting.

They were on 16 bones til like 2hours from the end.
I was factoring in 30 for shipping and refused to top a ton delivered, so fair play to you.
If youd said you were having them, youd have got them a lot cheaper though!
mustve been just you and me on them.

Cheers man. Yeah they ended up going for more than I wanted, they jumped to £70 odd with about 15 minutes to go though! I jumped in at 4 seconds before the death.
As you say, poorly listed. ML's don't come along that cheaply very often. Did you bid more than once Ben? As I say, just the one bid from me. FFS.

I swear I'm wheely cursed though! The guy said it was OK to sort a courier, I can manage it for £18 not his crazy £60/70 quotes lol but you assume when he says he's available that he understands you need to leave a whole day free to await a courier. Not him though! 'I'm in after 2pm most weekdays excpet Wednesdays' F U C Ks sake! colontosser!

Yeah man. A lot of people tend to go sour once you explain what couriering actually entails.
'Im in between 1600 and 1632'.
GTF man! Get some cans going and sit in from 0800 to 1830 like I have to, every time I sell a set.
Jessica Fletcher and David Dickinson will keep you company. 8)

Pics up when you get em on dude. If I dont see you first.
I think I had, 2 or three bids as it goes. Last one was around 70. As soon as it went past there, I though the last couple would be WAY high so I bailed. Then when I saw what the finishing price was, I wished Id punted further.

You still want a mk new rear lense man?

I'm not convinced they are different sizes from the pic, but the questions made me lol
Q: Hi there, do you happen to know the wheel size and PCD, offset etc. or at least the tyre size would be of great help thanks. Chris 03-Oct-09
A: Hi Chris the tyre sizes on two of the wheels are 175/50r13 however they are below the legal limit, the wheel diameter is 14 inches and width is 6 and a quarter inch, hope this helps thanks for your interest cheers and kind regards Rob
Damn, thats some tyre stretch!
