Roughly were are you? County would do, as I imagine it's not hugely far.

Sorry to hear it bud :(

Ah dude that's shitness.

Spose they took it because they could?
Doesn't take much to get one away.
Hope it turns up with just an empty tank man.

If you had tpfat, treat yourself to that mk1 for sale to cheer yourself up.

If it's as tatty as you say then maybe they took it for scrap mate. :( Certainly feasible if you had no security measures.

Hope you hear some good from this!

That sucks really really bad but as people say most 300s are stolen to weigh them in (with the very odd exception of joyriding). Hope it turns up matey :(

lot of yards do mind.
But a broken drivers door lock and a broken steering lock should raise alarm bells even with shady scrap men.
Not worth losing your livelyhood for a cheap ton is it?

Hmmm... shame the tyres and brakes are good.
I suppose the thief could easily come a cropper if it were doing say 80mph, braked, lost traction, slid, overcompensated.. AMEN.
It had about £6 in the tank, so 40 miles ish, less if drive like a nob, wish I didnt put the extra gallon in now.

Can't really put an insurance claim in when the cars worth £250-300, my premium will go up by that much if I claim, absolutely no point.
after £50 excess... I'd get back... £150. and my insurance will go up, it;s never gone UP, always DOWN... plan to keep it that way.

Police are being fairly helpful, they phone me every 10 minutes at any rate, maybe because this is the second vehicle stolen from this address. and they too fear I might go postal.

Seen a cheap 340 anyhow, that I'll get if mine isnt recovered, or recovered in a servicable condition. its a bit better nick than mine - still feel sick tho - I need trasnsport to college in 1 month, I need a car all the time -
I'm getting out of this estate, £3000 suzuki marauder stolen with 650 miles on the clock (never seen again), and now my 26 year old ancient rusty ugly, reliable, comfortable, safe, economical 340's gone - sick and tired of this... cant have fuck all round here without some inbred-scrote-pig-dog-homo-son-of-a-crackhead-prozzie-robbist-granny-raping-scat-fan nicking it and selling it for crack/lube/aids medicine sm36 SHHHH!... maybe bordering on a tad too far?
