Can Anyone Make A Guide For Fitting 1.8 16v

hey guys new to forum
just brought my first ovlov but desperatly want more POWER, its only a 1.4 and its painfully slow
was wondering if anyone could give some help on swapping the power plant to a 16v on bike carbs
