does any body know of the oldest 343 or 345 is it still running
is there any register
im looking for the oldest one possible to buy if there are any for sale.
mine is a 1980...so there must be a few older one's around
bet there all tucked away in old ladies garages
any info would be good

I know of a 78 model for sale here in Holland...
It needs some work but is in pretty good condition.
At the moment it is fitted with some nice alu Black Beauty wheels.

I like my rims best!
Dunno about the color. The car belongs to the dad of a friend of mine.
He also has a Black Beauty and not enough spare time to work on both.

Thats one of the nicest mark 1 cars I've seen for a while. That blue colour... is it metallic or is it just the light making it look almost metallicy?! If thats a word...

i like those rims best too, which is why i have a set

There was a sweet mk1 in Soton over the weekend, have to see if it's still around when I get back, I was driving so didn't see too much, looked in v.good nick though.

I've driven that blue car! Very nice, i've thought of buying it... It's 10 miles from my home in the next town.

There was one from '76 or '77 on sale in holland. They asked about € 1750 for it. Don't know for sure if it's still on sale. I'd say yes because of the price

The 76 and 77 ones seem to have dissappeared quite fast and misteriously in those years... I heard they were so bad they were replaced by better 78 ones by volvo. So the early years are pretty rare...

But that's just hearsay...

It's still there!!

That one is just cute... I love the DAF interior in it...
