do make sure you get the oil changed soon (preferred before using it as a daily or long journeys) and take a look under the valve cover to see if it's kinda clean. you don't want the oil-pickup pipe to get blocked by sludge

weird speclist for a GLE though, is it a 1.4 or a 1.7?

It'll be a 1.7 as the UK never got 1.4 saloons

AFAIK GLE in the UK is more of a trim level definition, in Europe GLEs were 2.0l injected saloons (although I'm sure I saw a GLE hatch for sale in France, once).

there's also the 340GLE saloon as millionaire; sold in holland/belgium. speclist quite similar to a GLT
