I believe all saloons in the UK, GLT at least had rear headrestraints. Was that not the case for saloons in your country bodejodel?

nope... my brother has a 360 GL saloon and has no rear headrestraints (that's the word I was looking for  )
Dunno about the GLT saloons but I've only seen 2 GLT saloons and both had no rear headrestraints.

Hmmm, rather odd, all these little country to country variations. Personally I prefer not to have them, as from what I remember, it does make life slightly more difficult for the rear view.

It was a bit tricky at first, but I quickly got used to looking twice...
I like the "luxury look" :P it gives togehter with the leather and rear seat arm rest (ski hatch).

Indeed, it does look smart, plus you're lucky to have the leather! It's on my one day if I'm lucky list!

That is the problem with leather. It's nice, but not entirely practical for everyday use, hot weather isn't exactly fun either. The GLT interiors are incredibly tough and I'm yet to find a badly worn set of seats, I saw a 289,000 mile GLT interior the other week, which was still perfectly passable. If I ever get leather it won't be going in the daily drive!

Indeed... the normal 300 seats are pretty tough...
Some new leather is not too expensive though... I think these will last a couple of years... From a distance (1 meter they still look pretty nice but they are not extermely beautiful anymore when you take a closer look.

Almost all UK 300 series saloons had head restraints. I added them to my hatchback too, so you're not alone there :)

No, for the reasons quoted by Pete - I have to really use my car, and I wouldn't want to ruin leather. Believe me, if I wanted leather, it'd already be there....head restraints and all :) Having said that, I've now decided to source a set of leather seats for when my car is no longer a daily drive...so if you find some... :)

Anyway, we all know I only need to utter two words to settle the accessories debate for a few more days....Driving Computer :P
