Been on this form so much past few weeks u guys know hell of alot been lookin for a 1.7 3dr with good shell and lowish miles with some history to no success i look on ebay gumtree freeads pistonheads everyday but cant seem to find a decent one i have the money to buy but just cant find 1 for me can anyone give me a kick in the right direction of where to look or anyone selling one in nice condition i live in kent

Think youre looking in all the right places dude.

keep an eye on Diftworks, VOC forum, and adds here too.

Truth is, 300s are getting rare. 3 doors even rarer. So either keep hunting or accept a 5 door 360/1.4.

Finding a GOOD one should be your aim IMO.

If its a GOOD 5 door GLT, Buy it!

Dont be hoiseted by your own specifics (as it were).

thanks mate been looking there 2 but still no joy i had a mk2 polo with 1 owner with 50k on it that was not to hard 2 find but this is a nightmare haha i was looking for 1 last year but still couldn't find 1 so i gave up if any1 hears anything please let me know also is there much difference between the gl etc models

The DL, GL, models have whacky differences. Ive had a GL with nothing but pop out rear windows. And a GL with CL, pas, Heated seats, spoiler etc. Just depends on what options were taken at sale time.

Dritfers are eating 300s up TBH mate, if thats your plan, then cool. But thats why there isnt many left, and whay its hard to find a good one.
