Hi, i own a volvo 360 with plans to turn it into a drifter, ive made no real mods yet but im at college doing a welding course and i have my own TIG welder! so my diff is going to get attacked this month
im also quite new to forums but i'l try and learn and get involved as much as i can.

after owning the car for 3 months i had my first crash (christmas eve)

set about repairing it and also stripped out the interiour to reviel this

thats where this comes in handy!

iv'e repaired my rusted arches now, need to checkout rusty patches near my windscreen appently as thats another bad rust area on the volvo's

also bought some landrover 90 front shock absorbers today to replace the rear dampers, hopefully they'll stiffen things up a bit..

comparison of the dampers

Good work Fella.
Nice to see a drifty boy fixing as well as breaking.
A lot of folk wouldve scrapped it and bought another one, so good luck to you dude.
Looks like a clean example apart from those rear arches.

He'll do you short uprated front springs and rear blocks/bolts.
Some choose to just chop the fronts and use escort blocks on the rear (with the locating pins ground off) and high tensile straight bolts.
Lowness = coolness, but mind your Zorst dude. 360s can be a pita for catching at the back with increased lowness.

ahaa! thanks, its handy having a welder, bit expensive but worth it. i saw that you have a GLT too, looking nice! i did the badgeless grill thing and i put a different backbox on mine for a while, until i needed a new exhaust.
i really want to build my own exhaust system especially as lowering puts it at risk.

thanks for the compliments

, here are some pics of me experimenting with the 360,
first is a drainpipe that a friend gave me

, this isn't on anymore

and this is a badgeless grill , i got hold of another grill so that the mesh sat in the original volvo grill 'frame' but glue didn't set right so its still in progress lol

I am not into the drift thing but as VND says, its good to see you fixing it as you break it.
I could not weld anything so well done.
Cheers Mark.

i finished the grill, sprayed it black, and all opinions are welcome negative or positive

i need to get rid of that arch gap, could shelter england from all this rain under those hahaa!
