Hi Finn,
I spotted this on ebay, looks really nice, 3dr GLTs with PAS are RARE, VERY, VERY RARE.
please note that this car does not need a welded diff, does not require a 1jz engine conversion, most certainly does not require coilovers, or an e brake, does not require bucket seats or lowered suspension, is this clear!!!!!!!!
If you require a car for drifting, give the 360 a wash , polish and take some pretty pictures, then advertise it on here for sale, the money it makes should be enough to buy a s13 or s14 or even a toyota soarer tt !

^ LOL
If he wants a good base for a (cared for) skid car then he has one IMO. Sorry to spoil the party, but if he's anything like me and my mk2 GLS (and I was asked not to do the same as you mention above) he didn't buy it for looks or because the roly poly sky high OEM suspension made him feel he was in a proper drvers car. (Yes I know the GLT's are stiffer and lower - but it's also getting on in age.)
Break out the MiG and throw that B200 in the bin IMO! Have some fun, just look after it. Both of these can be done at once you know OP!
If you do appreciate them as standard and plan to leave it that way then fair play mate. There's room for all of us - just give me a wider berth on roundabouts if you're alongside (joke).

I'll be honest, mk3 GLTs aren't
that rare but I'd deffinatly say not very well suited for drifting, much better off with rack n pinion

Mk3 3dr GLT's are that rare. I can think of... 5 or so in the last 3-4 years that have come up for sale. Given I can think of more mk1's than that...

Chris' right - 3dr MkIII GLTs are as rare as hen's teeth. Seriously. Some markets didn't get them at all (Germany for example). Even in the UK they rarely crop up.
If drifting is your thing finn, then that's fine, it's probably great fun

But ... moneywise it doesn't make much sense doing that with a rare car, when there are loads of ratty examples around. For easy tuning, a 340 1.7 3dr might be a better idea. Do the 360 up a bit, sell to an enthusiast, and use the money gained for F7P conversions?
Cheers
Tom
