Hi all, this is a bit of a daft question but I still haven't worked it out as how to do it. When replying to a post and you want to use part of the original post, how do you highlight the parts of the post you want to use? Say for instance like this,
Joe Bloggs wrote:
"Volvo 300's are the best" This part of his post gets highlighted in white from his original post, how is it done
With thanks,

Just press the quote button in the top right corner of the post you want to quote.

Thank you for the quick reply. Will try it next time but if I only want to use part of the post do I still have to use the quote button on top right of post and then delete the parts I don't want to use?
Many thanks,

Thanks a lot mate, got a lot better idea on it now thanks to you guys. Will give it a go.
Hey Slab, I know Brighton is on the south coast but I didn't know there was an hour time difference between there and Liverpool or have I gone through a time warp? If I have I can't wait till Saturday's lottery, as I should already have the numbers before it's drawn.
Oh how nice it would be!!

WOW Spooky!
Sorry Slab, I thought your clock settings must have been an hour behind GMT time because when you posted your message to me the clock showed an hour earlier, but I have just noticed that on my reply to you it also shows an hour earlier then what it was, I replied at 12:35 but the message shows it as 11:35. Before this I thought some of you guys must have got up really early or worked nights and had use of a computer to check for and reply to messages so early. Oh well, I'll get used to it one day.

P.S. Anyone seen that gold colour 340 on ebay? Very Nice! I wouldn't mind that if I had the room to keep it, but the wife already moans about the 4 vehicles we already have. What do they know huh?
