Wheels

Post by Hell Driver » 04 Jan 2011 02:22 pm

I've just returned from a trip to Cornwall to buy some goodies from Theo's dad, including these alloys. I've seen pictures of these before on the forum or somewhere before but I just can't find them now. Anyone know what they are called?

13" "Luclucs" in the Dutch V3C ;-) No idea of their "official" name ... Love 'em! Standard fit on some Mk1 ('81 345 GLS VIP) and MkII special editions ...

Some other nice stuff in that boot too :-)

Cheers

Best appreciated when open.
I probably should have specified ladies legs in there too. [+=] "embarrarrased emoticon"[].com

Sorry! I didn't realise that, I got them for the Mk1. I don't think my '76 steels I was going to use will fit over the 360 drums and calipers I'm intending to put on. Your car looks good, hope your hand gets better soon so you can get chance for a drive, that pick-up conversion of your dad's looks amazing! Thanks for posting up the parts. The trip home went fine thanks apart from the headlamps failing on the motorway at 70! (Fortunatley they came back on again a second later!). I pulled into the services and the car wouldn't start again. A thump under the dashboard and it started! Fuse box plug problems.

Thanks for that Tom and VND, I knew I'd seen some before on here as soon as I saw them. I quite like them, I think they should look good on a MK1 and at 13" they shouldn't cause any problems with clearance after a bit of lowering!
