My welder bloke has done a great job. He said 15 quid but i'll pay 30 since its smooth as a baby's bum. New mot for dino! Woop! On a less happy note the timing belt tensioner has now jammed solid. Anyone got a tensioner on a breaker for sale just as a stop gap? Either that or i'll re engineer this one to accept 3 Abec 15's. Drill to 35 mm and sweat fit the bearings to the original roller. It's an idea at least.
