out of interest - did one of the 340s have a speedo that went past 120mph, or is the one in the graphic above in kph?

It's in km/h. Al is having this dilemma at the moment, as his 360 should hit 150 when turbod (I don't have the balls to take a 360 to 150!), and he'd like to know when he's doing it. The speedo from an 850 T5 is the only way to get above 140 (goes to 160), and that means an electronic pickup, etc. I need one of those for my planned cruise control installation, so hopefully it isn't too hard.

why not just mark the speeds onto the rev gauge, you can work out the speed the car is going @ 1000rpm in top gear, you can simply mark on the other speeds round the edge of the speedo..
