It is with great regret that I must announce the death of Eddie Fisher who passed away last Friday after a very short Illness.
For those who did not know him he was a long term VOC member and a regular at the annual BKV. Although in his eighties he was very active and a guaranteed presence at the monthly Essex & Suffolk VOC region meets. His working life was spent as a vehicle delivery driver for Volvo.
His usual drive was a 1966 Amazon - but of late favoured an '87' 340 which I had re-comissioned for him. (which took 2nd in class at last years BKV).
Those who did know him will remember him as forthright, stubbon, opinionated, but a wealth of stories and above all a good friend.
Debs and I will miss him greatly,
Mac.
