Need help deciding please

Post by theo2468 » 26 Apr 2011 09:46 am

buy some 195 50's for my bm wheels and leave them on and lower it 2 inch all round.
or wait for some nice (wide/banded) 13 or 14inch wheels and then drop it 3 inches all round.
hmm decisions decisions

Go for the BMW wheels and 2" drop, you'll have more grip, 195/50 tyres are cheap and you wont have a ridiculous arch/look like a roller skate ;)

Has this this gone for an MOT with the wheels like that?!?! Surely that sidewall damage scares the hell out of you, all because it's rubbing on the arch.

HA! thats not arch rubbing! You should see mine! Definitely not MOT material  They'll be removed and used for drift rubber soon. There near the limit anyway.
