approx value for rare/unusual bits?

Post by Logan360 » 04 Jan 2013 08:30 pm

Just out of curiosity I'm wondering what the approx value of all my hard t come by 300 bits is. i have

turbo/oil pressure gauges for tunnel
arch flares
duckbill
4 Rectangle speaker holders
Secondary electric cooling fan
Genuine volvo towbar (if is actually rare)
Some AC componentry
Front fog lights

if anyone can give me approx prices on what would be paid for these it'd be much appreciated.
There isn't that big a market over here so can't know what its worth normally.

Dont forget the gauge panel... those are generally more rare than the gauges, as they were also in 200s

True, the gauge panel is rarer, but the gauges themselves may attract a wider audience from other Volvo owners. Put 'em on the bay and see, they're small enough so postage shouldn't be a problem, even from Australia.

What is the secondary electric cooling fan, is that the small extra fan which fits into the radiator shroud on A/C cars? If so, I'd be interested in that.

Other things you might consider sending to Europe is AC-specific stuff, like switches, heater boxes with AC evaporator (RHD markets only) and AC compressor mounting brackets.

Cheers

Yes i have the gauge panel and gauges. i have already sent my snow flake button and other bits over to UK. have the heater box be has canister. nothing else.

I'm not particularly selling them just more getting a figure for value.

I can recommend Logan's selling too, he was super helpful getting just the bits I needed so the postage was kept down.

OK, no worries! If you happen to change your mind, or find a second fan, just let me know ...
