Hi all,

Had recent problems getting my 340 to start. Engine will turn over but will not catch/start. When it comes closest to starting the whole car jolts/judders to a halt. I have changed the plugs and checked the carb but it's still giving me trouble. Any ideas what might be causing the problem?

Hello, it sounds like it might be dodgy leads and/or distributor cap. Can you check if there is a spark? Does spraying it with WD40 improve the starting?? Hope this helps, bogbasic.
