Oh dear. Bit of a list there.
Chin up, nothing insurmountable.

Re: 2 spots of welding aye???
Tbf, that isn't that bad (whilst it may look it from the outside, a lot of that is stuff I'd change as a matter of course when I get a car. The only two bits that could lead to a bigger job, are the two bits of welding to my mind.
Brakes, I'd replace all flexi's anyway, and inspect hard pipes when I get a car. New hard pipes arn't expensive, neither are flexi's. The rear brake imbalance is likely to be the 340 mech rusted together, it's a horrible system compared to the 360's. For an extra £20, I'd throw new shoes and cylinders in from a reputable manufacturer then you won't have to look at them again for another 3 years (unless you are a hooligan.... when 6months is needed)
Headlamps, they are super common still everywhere if you have to replace. I doubt that's the case though, so have it up against a wall in the dark and have a nose.
Rear torque arm I believe you said you'd done?
Thats all the fails. Do the advisories as soon as you have ticket on it.

My favorite subject...
... a coat of Sikaflex (from your nearest boat shop) will sort them. Smooth it off with a brush of white spirit before it sets to make them look awesome. The shock top mount rubber bushes... what part is needed? can they be rebonded?
