I'm on holiday in the south of France (btw really hot, close to 40°, just insane!), I thought I would see at least ONE 3 series as before, in small villages... Nothing! What a shame!

Karina has just spent a week in France, said she saw a white 300 driving about in Colmar, any idea who that could have been?

I met today a Finn that is living in NL, but was visiting this area first time in 30 years, just a randomly met tourist as he was riding a motorbike all the way here to see a rally that is running here.

+16C lot of rain here, just keep driving up north and weather will be like traditionally in UK

300 series has grown very rare here too, I don't see them much more than once a year, except my own ones of course, even 200 series is now quite rare sight.

Well I've just come back from a 2431 mile trip to the top of Denmark and didnt see one either.

Maybe no 300 series anymore on the roads in France, but still some jewelleries in scrapyards!!

Here is a picture taken a couple of months ago, you should think it's a basic 345 GLS? Not at all!!! It's a genuine Rsport version in France: specific spoiler / Volvo badge between the clusters and license plate under the bumper...

I'm trying to get more information about this car, no idea if the car has been crushed or not, or it's maybe totally damaged now Shame because I'm pretty sure it was in good condition! Fingers crossed!

Fingers crossed it is still in one piece. That could be made into a nice R car or at least save the R sport parts.

Wow, that's a rare find ... Does anyone know who made that spoiler? I've only ever seen it on French R-Sports.

82 puts it near where my parents live.Tarn et Garonne. Chances are that it will be kept as is coz space is not a premium there.I'm in NZ but if you're happy to let me know where it is I might be able to get more pics or info.My dad likes visiting the scrapyards in the area just to see whats new.

That's very cool, fingers crossed it's still there - looks fairly rust free on the face of it!
