I can't login from my andriod device (Nexus 7) that I normally use. It says I have exceeded the number of unsuccessful login attempts and requires a capitcha entry, however the capatcha box is not shown (Chrome browser). Also I'm pretty sure I have not logged in incorrectly, have only relied on the browser password entry (unless there is a bug in that).

Never had it on my ancient android browser. I did have it once recently on my desktop. No problems with the box though, but the desktop runs Firefox 31.1.0

Just tick the always log in box then you don't have to bother logging in every time you visit.
