Intermittent wash wipe time adjusty thing.

I did have a NOS one at some point, but prefered the Golf relay trick as you don't have a non standard looking knob installed.

That's exactly what it is. I sort of like it but don't find the normal wipers a problem. If you have a lot off add ons it is a cool period upgrade.

A very nice accessory, just the right thing for a car with the '78 to '82 dash :-)

Adjustable too, so actually a little bit cooler than the later fitment ...
