Hi all (who are interested),

Just an update as i haven't posted on here for a while! The volvo has undergone some major cleaning; exterior, interior and the engine bay to bring it to a decent condition. This, done by me, was a pretty lengthy task  The carb has been tweaked, some idling problems resolved, and some nice leos put on! Next steps (with limited money) include: fitting some polyurethane bushes, installing a performance air filter, shedding some weight, a brake overhaul and possibly an exhaust upgrade (at the risk of being a yob). Just a quick pic below :D

Till the next update,

At the risk of sounding old, don't bother shedding the weight - they're not heavy cars and you'd sacrifice some of the comfort/refinement for pretty unnoticeable gains. Looks lovely though!

You've got a fair point Steve, trying to keep it as stock as possible, wouldn't dream of changing anything drastically! Thanks for the appreciation guys :)

Update: After owning & using the car for the past few years and spending quite a bit on the maintenance it is now sold! Will miss the car a lot, a joy to drive with lots of character! Will be watching the forum and Facebook to see what the new owner has in store for it :D

It's obious: It's been such a long time, since I've been here last time...
Time went by so quick...

Sad to hear, the car is sold - but mine isn't. :D
Actually I did a little respray and the car has now 294.000km on the clock.
... and I'm far from selling it...
