Contacting Classic Swede?

I ordered a wheel bearing kit and various other items from classic swede awhile back now and was contacted initially to explain that had none of the wheel bearing kits in stock and was waiting for them to come back into stock, so i said i would quite happily wait until the order was complete before sending it out, as i have various projects on the go and it wasn't high on the list, now i realised a few months back, .....oh yeah i ordered a load of stuff, where is it? (to much going on and to many different cars with bits turning up) now i have tried over and over again emailing with no luck no response what so ever. Can any body shed any light? have i missed a vital bit bit of information? the websites still very much up and running which is confusing me and starting to piss me off now

any ideas/help would be appreciated! Its all been paid for invoices etc!

Hello,
I can vouch that you won't have any problems with Dai - he's always been reliable and helpful. With the website you need to go to classicswede.co.uk rather than .com or the link to the 300 web-shop gives you an 'Oops... Store Not Found'.

Well I didn't want to have to do this but after eventually getting one text reply after 10's of emails, messages and paypal messages, it would seem i am now being ignored completely by Dai at Classic Swede about a wheel bearing kit and a number plate repair panel that i ordered and paid for and never received, I had heard nothing but good things about this guy and his service so i am a little bit surprised by this, its not a lot of money but thats not the point.

He's even been ignoring my messages on here aswell despite clearly being an active member on here. So just a word of warning before people think about purchasing stuff from him... anybody else had similar experience to what i have or is completely unheard of?

I only have good things to report about Dai.
He's a busy man I think but I'm sure he has a contact number you could call him on.
He's quite active on Facebook, and normally replies swiftly on there.

Agreed - Dai is a ledge. How's it going, derskine?

Going alright man, both of my Volvos are out of action so I'm driving a Hillman Imp 30 miles a day, how about you?
I've not forgotten about these parts by the way!

Awesome work - I used to love the Sunbeam Stiletto - that was a flash-looking car in its day ;-0

They look great, but every time I go up a hill on the motorway the temp gauge goes almost full tilt to the right

Nope, not a word. Thought this post might have spurred him into doing something, but it seems he is definitely ignoring all contact

He's not dishonest but you will not get the same sort of response service you get from a retailer. You may have to keep at him, he has a day job and is perhaps not as organised as he could be.
