Welcome, its a small volvo community in NI, especially small with small 300s lol. Ollie also supplied many parts for my rebuild, and I've still to visit before he scaps the parts car.

Ah you don't need that, cut the head of a suitably sized bolt that is undersized to the roll pin hole and use a punch to knock it the bolt through and then it all falls out the bottom. Took less than ten mins a side to get my front doors off.

Awesome work. I think it took me about 10 weeks when I used various hinge pin removal tools. A set of flat-ended punches with a heavy hammer does the job well if you trim off the bits of the pin as they emerge from the hole at the bottom with a dremel.
