Don't worry about the prop Iain...I sorted Hugh out with one, although given his reputation, he'll soon need another

dunno. its warped and pissing oil out the side (onto my exhaust manifold, causing lots of smoke. spectacular, but not necessarily good

Not neccessarily - if you overtighten the bolts holding the rocker cover on you can warp it.

I did that to my 345 after adjusting the tappets - I thought (in the absense of a torque wrench) that tightening them until v tight would do it. WRONG - major oil leak, which I thought was a knackered gasket so that got replaced. Hmm, leak still there..........
If you remove the rocker cover you might be able to straighten it with judicious use of a hammer - it worked for me!!
