Thanks for the diff tip Steve, will certainly bear that in mind.
Some of the drifting boys wouldn't be complaining about a locked diff
I contacted robsue888 but sadly couldn't help with Leo's or a couple of other bits I was wanting, will keep looking.
Cheers
Dave

Pleased to say the 360 changed hands on saturday. Couple of pics below, (two at a recent show with the previous owner)...you can just make out the coachlines which were added, they actually set the car off nicely. The wheels are growing on me but I wouldn't dismiss a set of Leo's to swap round now and again for added interest. Really pleased with it and looking forward to getting on with the various servicing jobs needing done. Probably have a few questions along the way which I will add to the relevant sections. Cheers Dave

That really is an epic motor. Awesome work. It looks like you need a proper Volvo footwell mat, perhaps a full set?

Thanks for that ! All credit to the previous owners for looking after the car.
Received the new logbook today, very quick turnaround from the DVLA.
Hadn't even thought about the mats but that sounds a great idea, would you be able to point me in the direction of what I should be looking for....? Are you suggesting a set specifically for the 360 model or just a generic Volvo set? Cheers Dave

The 300 series had a standard set of hard plastic footwell trays just saying "Volvo". I have a set but I am not sure if the 3-door and 5-door mats are the same. Others may know and I will try to check tomorrow or over the weekend....

That looks superb! Good suggestion on the foot trays, they keep the carpets nice and clean and fit nicely. It'd look pretty sweet on some Leo's if you happen to find some

Hi mate.
I also have a set of floor mats spare but postage from
the Bog man would probably be cheaper as he is on
the mainland. Don't see how the 3 or 5 door floor plan
can be different. They must all be the same. Car looks
a cracker.
Cheers Mark.

They are the same sm75

Do drop me a PM with your address and I'll pop them in the post. Funny thing is they're not where I thought they were, so assuming I can still find them I'll wrap them up for sending...

Bogbasic (Jon) kindly sorted me out with a set of floor mats.
Got them cleaned up the other day and given a treatment of Turtle Wax Black Flash...
Before and after....just need to get them in the car now, they will make a big difference to the interior :)

Other updates - changed the ignition leads, dizzy cap and rotor and been gathering various other service parts - timing belt next on the list. Still idling lumpy (revs fluctuate up and down a fair bit when stationary) and gives a bit of hesitation now and again when cruising on light throttle. Crank sensor seems to offer these symptoms but I'm aware the injectors/seals might also be needing attention. I am wondering about a dose of Forte injector cleaner and a good run and then re-assess (cold start injector is currently disconnected which was done by the previous owner).
Thanks Dave

Hi mate .
Glad you got sorted. What you need now is a centre gauge panal , A vacumme gauge and ambient temp
gauge in the front dash clocks. You will have two blanks, top left and top right in the cluster.
Perhaps a snow cap on the front bonnet. Perhaps a louvre on the back window. A i talking shit lol.
Cheers Mark.
