Mad tyte cruisin' y0

The Volvo 300's quest for worldwide domination extends...this time to a 'croooze'...

My car next to a mk4 Supra with big rims :)

Sadly the cruise scene these days is all about posing, and my car is pretty much all go, no show...so it didn't go down too well...but they liked the noise :) However, I used the words 'low' and 'bodykit', and they seemed a bit happier.

cheers

lol, when did you get involved with the local croooooooooooze scene then Fogs? I took Beast down town when there was a cruise in the car park one day, surprising how much credit smoking rear tyres with a blowing downpipe sounding like a V8 can get you... What was more worrying was some then said theres a blue/grey one they'd heard, that they had seen rally lights on, and a big stereo

Have you sorted out that wing yet? That photo does put her in a good light

Vicky's car does that? Anything special done to it to make it do that? I know a mate rolled his B18U out to 7500 a few times without any damage, but I doubt the valvetrain is being efficient up there!

When I fist put that throttle body one A mate came over so I showed him how free revving the car had become.
I sat in the seat planted the power and lifted off - only problem the throttle jammed leaving the poor thing screeming at sill RPM bouncing the indicator about. I had to jump out quickly and release the throttle. I thought it was going to go bang it had revved that far.
That is the only time I've heard valve bounce in one of those engines!

Dont try it at home

Good work Foggy! However, don't let the 300 become too popular, or we'll end up with all sorts of problems! However that posing barrier should keep things right Guv! Many people can't see the beauty of a 300........ it's our little secret.
