I also think I can remember one in an old "only fools & horses". I think it's the episode where they pretend to be experts in chandaliers. I haven't seen it for many a year, but if my memory is correct it starts off with our hapless heros stopping to help the lady of a huge mansion, who has broken down (unlikely) in what I think was a blue mk1. They end up towing her (even less likely) in their famous Reliant van, back to the mansion, where they talk themselves into the job cleaning the chandaliers, resulting in the usual predictable but nonetheless hillarious mayhem.

saw an advert on tv last night for a set of only fools and horses dvds and sure enough there was the clip with the old boy pushing a 300 ( well it is fiction lol ) and Del boy (after saying he shouldent be doing that at his age )very helpfully reminding him to bend his legs .

Looks more like an GLE with the GLT Wing..but cool though!

In that Peter Kay thing dvd ( lots of different characters), the guy who plays the fire officer in Phoenix Nights, can't remember his name, drives a 340.
