Parts in Belgium

Hi All

I`m going to taking my `88 340 over to Belgium in a few weeks and was wondering what the parts availability for them is like over there.

I`ll be taking some basic spares and will have breakdown cover - I`d just be happier if I knew I wouldn`t be stranded due to not being able to get a particular bit.

Are most parts generally available at motor factors or do you need to find a dealership and get them ordered?

Well that's a question for me!

Don't worry, the parts availability is very good here and we have a good network of Volvo dealers (I can give you the list if you want and my mobile phone number if you really have a big problem when you are here) Where do you go?

We will be staying with my brother in law, just west of Brussels.

I feel quite reassured by your post - as long as I can get hold of stuff I`m likely to need, I`m happy.

A list of volvo dealerships in the area would be great however
