We get a fait amount of new members who instantly ask if there is anyone to where they are, how about a tread with peoples locations on?

I for one was one of these people!!!!

James pointed out a facility in this thread. I had a quick look at it and someone had already registered volvo300mania as a username.

Right dont know if this will work but try this addy and try to invite yourself onto the map.

Having a look at the one person whos registered a point on it, I reckon that may have been redline

Second thought forget it the website is americaised and doesnt like UK place names!!!!

Lol, there is now volvo300mania and v3m registered, with Mick on one, and Adam on the other...

This would certainly work - is there any way so the default view isn't going straight to the US...

I'm guessing that it's the same as the one the VOC has on it's site, so it must be possible! If it's possible, setting it to use maps.google.co.uk instead of maps.google.com might do the trick, but I havn't looked at the interface for it.

Sorted!!!! Defaults on UK and Europe now!!!
I'm admin so let us know thought etc i will try and sort it!!!
